A 5,000 sq ft Holodeck assembled in three days at a Midtown Manhattan world headquarters — a replica of the Four Seasons Lake Austin installation, built to host an investor demo for Apollo Global Management executives.
About the Project
When the client needed to impress some of the world's top investment executives, they called on Agile Lens to replicate the Four Seasons Lake Austin Holodeck experience in New York — in under three days. Equipment was flown in from Austin and Los Angeles, supplemented by local NYC procurement. The Agile Lens team adapted all scenes for the new floor plan — rerouting teleport positions, compensating for different concrete pillars and room layouts — and ensured full uptime reliability throughout a live demo period where executives could appear at any moment. A project that demonstrated that high-end LBE arcviz Holodecks are not fixed installations, but deployable experiences.
