Pre-visualization of new SK-II retail storefront designs in virtual reality — allowing the global skin care brand to explore and validate designs within their visual identity before committing to physical fabrication.
About the Project
Before a single wall is built or shelf installed, SK-II wanted to know exactly what their new retail spaces would look and feel like. Agile Lens took their provided design materials and built photorealistic real-time environments of each storefront concept — selecting materials, calibrating lighting conditions, and optimizing for VR frame rates — so the brand's creative team could walk through and critique each design in full scale. Decisions that would have required expensive physical mockups were resolved in headset. Delivered under a tight Q4 2025 deadline.
