Alex Coulombe
​Co-Founder / CEO

After graduating from Syracuse University with a B. Arch and minor in Theatre, Alex worked in a wide range of architecture practices, including under Rafael Viñoly, always finding himself drawn to cutting-edge workflows to enhance the communication of design intent. A rising thought leader in emerging tech, since 2014 he has spoken at and featured in hundreds of XR, Architecture, and Theatre events across the world. Alex champions VR and AR as accessible workplace tools and emerging storytelling mediums, ceaselessly evangelizing their utility.

​Joshua Dachs
​Co-Founder / President

Joshua holds a B. Arch from Cornell University, is currently on the Board of Directors of Theatre Communications Group, and is a member of the American Society of Theatre Consultants (ASTC) and ISPA. He is recognized as one of the world's leading theatre consultants, and as president of Fisher Dachs Associates focuses his work on helping clients conceptualize and plan their projects. The founding of Agile Lens and venturing into XR has provided him a new medium to explore spatial organization and the details of design.

​Sr. XR 
Creative Technologist

Jun (she/her) is an Unreal Engine generalist at Agile Lens, specializing in the development of XR experiences. Over the years, Jun has participated in the development of dozens of Unreal Engine projects including "A Christmas Carol VR" (2021, 2022, 2023), "Four Seasons Lake Austin VR" (2023), and "The Orchard: Off Broadway" (2022).

Cameron​
​XR Technical Artist

Dante has been with Agile since early 2023, where he uses his background in immersive design to integrate clients with emergent tech. He develops VR interactivity for a range of projects, including interfaces for live performers and publicly accessible developer tools.

Marshall
Nowak
​XR Artist

Marshall is a jack of all trades, master of some, tackling a wide range of tasks for Agile Lens including: Blueprint and C++ coding,  experience design, prototyping, IT/Networking, 3D modeling (and printing), and living in Austin, TX for an extended period of time to support efforts on the Four Seasons Private Residences at Lake Austin.

​Laibson
Sr. Experience Director

Kevin Laibson is a director of performance and interactive art. His work has been shown all over the world in virtual, physical, and hybrid platforms, and he’s been the artistic director for several NYC multi-disciplinary arts institutions including the Peoples Improv Theater and Magic Futurebox, which he co-founded. Faculty: NYU Tisch, Atlantic Acting School

Program and Operations Strategist

Elizabeth has over a decade of experience in operational leadership and project management. She enjoys pathfinding for complex problems and brings a collaborative approach to her work. She loves virtual production and can't wait to see the industry develop more.

Production Manager

Stef (they/them) has a background in Theatre, Live Events, TV/Film, and a smattering of other industries. They are excited to be a part of the Agile Lens team, utilizing skills that they have acquired over the years while also gaining new ones!
Stef enjoys being on the forefront of new technologies and finding new ways to do things that haven’t necessarily been done before!

Whitt
Sellers
XR Creative Technologist

Whitt Sellers is a technologist and visual artist living in NYC exploring novel forms of creative expression and play at the intersection of immersive technology and live performance. He has been working in XR since 2018, earned his MFA in Design & Technology from Parsons School of Design in May 2022 and creates interactive experiences using real-time render engines, XR, and his dragon staff.

Ari
​Tarr
Performance Consultant

Ari Tarr is an award winning performer and experience designer for clients like Disney, Google and Facebook. In 2015 he co-founded a VR and has since led live XR projects as part of OnboardXR, Adventure Lab's Dr. Crumb, Agile Lens, and Flipside. The Christmas Carol (where he also plays Scrooge/Dickens in an annual recital), and with corporate clients studying how live actors can enhance hospitality. He has taught XR event design at NYU Tisch, York U, and Brooklyn College and is currently a professor of Media arts at UMT.

​Marketing Director

Alexa is a member of the NYC Chapter of SMPS, a professional development group for marketers and business developers in AEC; the national library and information studies honor society; the Comic Book Legal Defense Fund; and the National Center for Science Education. She is also a NY Real Estate Journal's 2018 Women in Real Estate and Construction Services.

With a B.A. in Digital Media and Communications from Albright College, Richard has over 10 years of experience in consulting and as a creative service entrepreneur. From planning and strategy, to ideation and conception, he navigates all aspects of a project's marketing lifespan.

Bridget has an AB Broadcast Communications from the Institute of Mass Communications at the University of the Philippines in Manila. Her experience covers a wide range of of industries, from advertising to AEC, including as an account executive with Pan Pacific, an all-female advertising agency.
